This App is designed to help you rehab back to fitness. Do you have reoccurring muscle and joint pains that stop you from getting fit or living the way you want? Do you have limited time to complete exercises? Is it hard to fit things into your routine?
The Norse Rehab Back to Fitness Method can help you. Through this method you will become super fit & strong. You will rid yourself of your reoccurring injuries for good. You will get your energy back; the aim is to get fit like you were in your early twenties.
Within this App there are multiple exercise programmes to rehab from common injuries and increase fitness and strength. The program is designed so that it takes an minimum of time.
We have designed this App so you start by performing The Daily Stretch Program for eight minutes a day, every day. This program for structural health will help people develop and maintain pain free movement.
After a few weeks you introduce a Rehab Program that suits your problem, three times a week, but continue the Daily Stretch Program on the other days. For example, on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday you will use the Daily Stretch Program. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you use the specific rehab program.
Our Rehab Program allows you to lengthen and strengthen common injury areas. The video presentations will explain how to rehab common injuries in each area. It will make sure that you perform each exercise correctly.
Rehab exercises for common injuries include;

• Frozen shoulder programme
• Achilles programme
• Knee rehab programme
After a period of time when you are fit enough, you will graduate to the fitness sections of this App. You will then replace the Rehab Program with Fitness Training Methods, three times a week, but you still continue your Daily Stretch Program on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The fitness section is divided into basic, intermediate and advanced sections.
Over time you become Norse Fit & Healthy and you can start to use our variety of more challenging programs. At this stage you will have the opportunity to get fitter, stronger and improve your agility through Boot Camps, improve your metabolic rate and positively change your body composition through HIIT and strength workouts, or get lean and strong through Pilates.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
